Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara

Pick up from Arusha and you will be driven to Lake Manyara National Park, the drive will take 2½ hours. You will arrive at the lodge in time for lunch, after lunch you will proceed to the Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon game drive.

The Park is one of Tanzania’s most dramatically located wildlife areas. During the game drive you will see wide variety of animals, including one of Africa’s focuses of elephants, Manyara’s well-known tree-climbing lions and large groups of flamingos attracted by algae in the lake. After the game drive you go back to the lodge

Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge.  

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti

After breakfast you will be transferred to Serengeti National Park via the lovely farmland of Karatu and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Today at Ngorongoro will only stop at the point view spot before heading to Serengeti. After seeing the view of Ngorogoro will proceed to the central park area, call the Seronera area, wildlife habitats are in abundance in park. The Park a river call “Seronera River” the water source provided by the river is a big attraction for wildlife who come for drinking water. You will arrive in time for lunch then you will have an afternoon game drive in the Park.

Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge. 

Day 3: Serengeti

After breakfast you will pick up lunch boxes and then go for a game drive through the Sogore River Circuit which circles the plains south of the Sereonera River and you will have good chance to see Lion, Thomson gazelle, Topi, Ostrich and Cheetah. Afternoon you will stop around a picnic site then have lunch, after lunch you will proceed to afternoon game drive around Kopjes Circuit. Kopjes Circuit goes anti-clockwise around Maasai Kopjes, the areas usually attract bunches of lions and some large cobras. Kopjes have a good climate, scattered around the plain and the ecosystem providing shade and drinking water in pools left in the rock after the rain.

Dinner and overnight at Seregeti Sopa Lodge. 

Day 4: Serengeti

After breakfast you will have other full day game drive. The game drive will be along the Sogore River Circuit, which circles into the grassland south of the Seronera River and good possibility to find Lion, Thomson Gazelle, Topi, Ostrich and Cheetah. You might go back to the lodge for hot lunch or you will be provided lunch boxes from the lodge.

Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast at Lodge you will be transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area the drive will take roughly 4 hours. Today you will stop at Olduvai Gorge to have history for the human being. The Skull of the “Nutcrakker Man” and “Hand Man” discovered by Drs Loise and Mary leakey, the Olduvai Gorge have a very significant links in the chain of human evolution.

You will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. Today will be a leisure afternoon day at the lodge.

Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. 

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast you will be descending 600m by our vehicle in this amazing crater for a full day game drive. The Crater is among a densely packed African wildlife area in the planet earth. It has been estimated 30,000 animals among few Tanzania’s last black Rhino. In area it can be found water supply and fodder round the year. Ngorongoro have a variety of animal like herds of wildebeest, Zebra, Buffalo, Eland, Warthog, Hippo and giant African elephants. There are also some huge numbers of predators, which include Lions, Hyenas, Jackals, Cheetahs. In the afternoon will stop through a picnic area for lunch

Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge. 

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast you will depart to Tarangire National Park. The drive will take 3½ hours. The park is named after the Tarangire River with crossed it. The Tarangire National Park has a good vegetation mainly consists of giant African Baobab tree and Acacia woodland, you can find huge swamp areas in the south, During the dry season the river and swamps are like magnet for wild animals. The park has a good reputation for having some of the largest elephant herds in Africa and the park is home of three rare species of animals, like the Greater Kudu, the Fringed-eared Oryx. You will stop to a picnic spot for having lunch then after lunch you will proceed for afternoon game drive.

Dinner and overnight in Tarangire National Park at Tarangire Maramboi Camp. 

Day 8: Tarangire National Park – Arusha

Today will be your last day in the safari environment, you will enjoy the view of Maramboi, wildlife can be seen nearby.  Marambo is in WMA (Wildlife Management Areas). After breakfast you will be transfer to Arusha and it will be the end of our safari.
